Problem : Crusher shutdown under load
Solution:1)clean discharge opening and ensure discharge chute free

1) replace tension spring

Solution:
1) replace bigger model of crusher or add more crusher
2) reposition the electrical interlocking of motor
3) adjust CSS according to the sizes in construction manual and add fine jaw crusher
4) Check the tooth space of jaw tooth plate. If needed, change jaw plate, adjust jaw plate in a right position to ensure tooth crest proper fit with the root of tooth, and then fix and tighten up jaw plate in case displacement
5) Increase voltage on site to meet crusher's power requirement
6) Replace bearing or swing jaw plate
Problem : Breakage of toggle plate
Solution:
1) replace toggle plate and feed machine with appropriate feed size as well as reduce capacity
2) replace toggle plate and prevent chamber with non-crushing materials
3) Change toggle plate and worn toggle seat and install properly
4) replace toggle plate
Problem :Vibration increases suddenly
Solution: Reassemble the blow bar and balance the rotor.
Problem :Outputs over-sized
Solution:Adjust curtain rod setting or change the hammer bar and impact plate.
Problem :Internal knocking sound occurs.
Solution:
1)Clear the crushing chamber after stopping the machine.
2)Inspect the locking of lining board and the clearance between blow bar and impact plate.

Problem :Bearing temperature is too high

1)Check the amount of lubricating grease.
